The Ventopedic Palm Protector Right Hand provides protection for the palm of the right hand. This right hand positioning splint is made of Ventopedic fabric which features 3-dimensional air flow ventilation. Heat and moisture are allowed to escape so the skin will stay dry and comfortable. The special fabric is made of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers that attract and expel moisture four times faster than regular fabric. This material also relieves pressure and creates soft cushioning. Measure across the knuckles of the right hand (the width of the MP joints) to determine the correct size. Choose from 4 sizes: X-Small fits petite hand less than 3 inches, Small fits 3 inches, Medium fits 3 to 4 inches, Large fits 4 inches or larger.
