This vintage Eddie Bauer jacket from the 80s uses goose down for excellent warmth.

Rare 80s Eddie Bauer goose down jacket with excellent heat retention. Vintage black tag with gold embroidery, seemingly from the highest-end line at the time. It appears to be in near-deadstock condition. It's a women's item, but the size should be fine for smaller men. I am 168cm and 62kg, and it fit perfectly with a thin sweater.

My wife bought this in America about 40 years ago and it has been stored in the closet, so it has only been tried on, never worn. There is a scuff on the collar in the 10th image. There are no pills on the sleeve cuffs. The inside of the pockets is lined with boa, making them very warm. Considering its age, I think it's in pretty good condition.

EDDIE BAUER released the world's first down jacket, the "Skyliner," in 1936. In 1940, they obtained a patent for the quilting design to prevent the down from shifting. They are the world's first down manufacturer.
