The optimal cookware for this induction cooktop has a flat bottom, a diameter between 4.5 to 10 inches, and must be magnetic. To determine if your cookware is compatible, simply grab a magnet; if it sticks to the bottom of the pan, it will work with the cooktop. The most common types of induction-compatible cookware include stainless steel, cast iron, and enamel-coated steel.
