True Induction’s line of gourmet cookware is produced to create a perfect cooking experience for induction cooking. This line has a 10 piece set of surgical stainless steel pots and pans that includes a 6.74 Liquid Quart (LQ) Pot, 7.14 LQ Wok, 4.13 LQ Sauce Pan, 2 LQ Sauce Pan, 2.45 LQ Saute Pan, and a 1.42 LQ Saute Pan all dishwasher safe. The lids are interchangeable within the set allowing for an easy fit. Within this cookware set there are many different features that set us aside from our competitors. The first feature is the riveted stainless steel handles. Our handles are made to withstand years of cooking without wearing off. Since the handles are secured on the outside of the pot instead of the inside, it allows for an easy cleaning experience. Another feature this stainless steel cookware set has is the durable perma-bond construction that is designed to maximize the amount of energy formed during the induction cooking process. This cookware is not only made for induction cooking but also can be used for conventional gas and electric cooktops. The outer layer is built to ensure the cookware heats up fast allowing the food to cook at a faster pace. The middle layer is composed of a thermal conductive aluminum, which allows the food to cook evenly. The final inner layer is a stain-free surgical stainless steel that ensures the food will not stick to the inside of the cookware without the use of a chemical coating. Our products are designed ergonomically with our customers in mind, creating a user-friendly functions with volume measurement location inside the pots. The cookware lids are made with a crystal clear tempered glass that are heat resistant with handles that have a thermal silicon seal to prevent them from heating.
