This tool is perfect for beveling the ends of plastic pipes up to 110 mm (4") that will be inserted into a push-fit fitting. Systems using Asahi/America PREP tools do not require a beveler, as PREP tools bevel the pipe. Any push-fit weld made without a PREP tool must be beveled.
