This is the DVD (first limited edition) of the theatrical version of Cardcaptor Sakura: The Sealed Card, based on the manga by CLAMP.
It comes with the Sakura card "THE HOPE" and a special booklet.
This "HOPE" Sakura card is not for sale and was included as a bonus, making it a valuable, limited-edition item.
It also includes the single-sheet back cover and obi (sleeve), but the obi has some slight waviness (see photos).
This first limited edition with bonuses was a limited release, so it's extremely rare to find it new nowadays, making it very valuable.
