Based on the popular "DEEP 6-panel" design with a deep fit, this is an adult baseball cap made with a thick fabric.
This season, we've used "jungle cloth," a cotton material. This is a thick, high-density woven fabric used in US military flight jackets and deck jackets, known for its weight, wind resistance, and durability. It's a popular fabric familiar to vintage flight jacket enthusiasts.
The front two panels have interfacing to maintain their shape, and the four rear panels have eyelets for a casual look. We've also used matte black buckles and decorative eyelets to add a subtle accent to the back.
The biggest appeal of the DEEP 6-panel is its "deep silhouette." It covers from above the ears to the back of the head, providing excellent stability and a comfortable fit. We highly recommend this fit to those who find typical baseball caps too shallow.
