Abnormal Chlorine Generation● If the salt concentration is below 2800 ppm or above 4500 ppm, the device will prompt “SALT LOW”/“SALT HIGH” and stop working. Follow the prompts to add or dilute salt, adjusting the salt concentration to the normal range;● If the water temperature is too low (<52°F), the device will prompt and stop working, displaying “Cold Water”. Adjust the water temperature to rise above 52°F (11°C) for automatic recovery;● If water flow is insufficient, the device will stop chlorine production, displaying "NO FLOW";① Check whether the water flow direction is reversed.② Remove from the pipe, turn the product power on normally, and select not to enable WiFi.③ Manually press the water flow switch and observe the status.1) If it shows "salt check", it indicates the water pump flow is too low.2) If it still shows “NO FLOW”, it suggests a fault in the water flow switch sensor.When "FLOW" is displayed, it indicates there is sufficient water flow to produce chlorine.2. Low Salt False AlarmIf the salt has not fully dissolved or the local concentration is too low, run the water pump for at least 24 hours after adding salt, and then check the concentration after the salt dissolves evenly.3. WiFi Connection Failure● Press and hold the “Less” button for more than 5 seconds to reset WiFi.● Reconfigure the network according to the setup steps.● Ensure the correct WiFi name and password are sent.● Ensure the product is not blacklisted.● If the connection still fails, the WiFi signal strength at the product's location may be too low.4. Abnormal Screen DisplayIf the display is normal during installation but shows a white screen, flickering, or snow screen after some use, this is because the normal operating temperature range for the screen is -4°F to 158°F (-20°C to 70°C). The OLED screen may display abnormally if exposed to high temperatures for an extended period. If these anomalies occur, power off the entire machine and place the product in a cool, ventilated area. Once the temperature drops, restart it for normal use. It is recommended to install the product in a cool, ventilated place or install shielding to avoid direct sunlight.5. SCG Shut Down, Buttons and APP InoperativeIf the power supply voltage is too low, the product will not function properly. Users need to check the power supply voltage, and it will work normally once power is restored.
