URE-BOND II is a top-tier urethane adhesive, offering robust, flexible bonds across diverse surfaces. It excels in adhering polyurethane rubber and polymers to substrates like plaster, wood, cement, stone, and non-porous materials such as glass, hard plastics, and metals. It can also repair torn polyurethane molds with proper preparation. It has a 5-minute working time at room temperature (73°F/23°C), curing in about 60 minutes for a strong, flexible bond. Safety includes using proper ventilation, protective gear, and storing at room temperature. Surface preparation is crucial, involving cleaning, drying, and abrading surfaces. Mix Parts A and B thoroughly, apply to the prepared surface, position, and hold for 60 minutes. Cure time can be reduced with mild heat. Post-opening, use the product promptly and replace lids immediately to maintain shelf life. XTEND-IT Dry Gas Blanket can extend shelf life of unused liquid urethane products.
