This is a US military issue ECWCS Level 7. I bought it at a used clothing store for about 65,000 yen.
The size is X LARGE REGULAR. The drawcords are fully functional. There is a small stain on the inside (circled in Akamaru in photo 6).
It's great for those who want a more oversized fit, and it's also good for smaller people who want to wear it oversized like Masaki Suda.
