The LATICRETE VAPOR BAN MC ER is a single-layer, 100% solids, two-part epoxy coating designed to control moisture vapor emission rates in new or existing concrete slabs. Requiring minimal to no surface preparation, it combines the application of a moisture barrier and a primer into one step, saving time and labor. It also serves as an epoxy primer for concrete before applying self-leveling underlayment products.

- Exceeds ASTM F3010 Standards: Achieves Perm Classification of 0.094 Grains/h/ft2/24hrs (5.4 ng/sm2Pa) at Just 16 Mil Thickness
- Reduces MVER to Less Than 3 lb/1000 ft2/24hrs (170 µg/(sm2))
