It measures 13 1/2 inches around the top of the vase in diameter and the base is 3 inches in diameter. This vase was made in Austria. The difference between Marquis by Waterford and Waterford crystal is that the Marquis is a non-leaded glass. Marquis vases are made out of crystalline. It’s genuine. It’s hand blown and hand cut but machines are used somewhat in cutting the edges whereas the Waterford collection is all handmade. The Waterford collection Marquis is a mid range brand designed to appeal to more moderate income and contemporary buyers. This piece is in perfect condition and has substantial weight. It has a very pretty design. It does not have a box. It has not been used.
