This is a handmade, limited-edition miniature teddy bear manufactured by Merrythought, a long-established British teddy bear maker.
I found it in an antique teddy bear shop during a trip to Sydney, Australia. Initially, it came in a plastic box, but the box broke, and it's no longer with me, though I treasured it and displayed it carefully.
