This feminine Betsy & Adam dress will give the wearer an hour glass figure. @ 1980's. Original tags from Dillards are still attached at the waist. The fabric is 50% acetate, 50% rayon. Dry clean. Back zip. Long raglan cut bat sleeves. Large shoulder pads are tacked so could be removed. Fitted waist. Vertical ruffles on the skirt start at the hips. It has lost it's belt as it has belt loops. Shown in a couple of the photos with some belts I have. It probably had a matching fabric covered belt. It's marked a size 5/6. It measures 38" long, 22" from the waist. Laying flat seam to seam it's 13 1/2" at the waist, 18" at the hips. Plenty of room under the arms. I ship same or next business day.
