Vintage M.A. Hadley signed 7.5” Plate of a blue and rust multi-masted ship sailing through green and blue waves. My rust color has I bit of a pink hue in person.
This 7.5” x 1/2” plate is in great condition I see a little crazing on front only and can’t tell if it is intentional or not because the back is shiny and clear. No chips or cracks visible. Painted signature on back.
Mary Alice Hadley created most of our current designs and all designs are inspired by M.A. Hadley. Every artist was trained by a protégé of Mrs. Hadley. Genuine Hadley Pottery pieces have the M.A. Hadley hand-painted signature on the bottom or side of the piece.
