Authentic vintage Napier sterling silver charm bracelet featuring a highly detailed Dutch windmill scenic charm with working, rotating blades. This is a rare post-WWII tourist design produced by Napier in the late 1940s to early 1950s, when European travel motifs became popular in American fine costume jewelry.
