This high quality High Speed Steel (HSS) Völkel tap set has been precision made for cutting threads in metal. Manufactured to ISO 529 standards, this tap set is for thread cutting in non abrasive material up to 900N/mm2. This straight flute tap set can be used for making new threads or for cleaning old threads. This tap set can be used for through holes and blind holes in unalloyed or low alloyed steel.
