Vintage mid-century Compote Pedestal Centerpiece Bowl.
This 11" tall centerpiece bowl/decor is very versatile and can be used as a planter, candle holder, fruit bowl, decor, etc. Antique look with glossy glaze surface. Two Putti "Cherub" children stand on the pedestal, one on each side. Between them and up all around the bowl is a raised vineyard grape vine design. Top rim is scalloped. Inside of bowl is glazed. Bottom has a small foil Made In Italy sticker.
Good condition. The bowl was last used as a candle holder and has candle wax dripped inside it. This could be removed with a little effort or used as is. There is a small chip on the bottom of the pedestal at the edge. It is not too visible when looking at it. No cracks or other chips noted other than normal imperfections from manufacturing.
