These overalls are from the COOMBEMINERSVILLE brand, presumed to have been made from the late 19th to early 20th century.
They feature a low-back style, a V-shaped cut in the waistband, and a back cinch, characteristic of the early 20th century.
The meticulous construction, not mass-produced, reflects the tailoring of the time, with all seams sewn with a lockstitch and rolled hems to conceal the fabric edges.
The handmade-feeling suspender buckles and suspender straps, along with the slightly curved back pockets, are also very attractive features.
Washed at the shop.
