Crafted from high-quality lead-free copper silicon alloy with a brass ball, the 1 1/4" two-piece full port ball valve is designed for reliable use in both residential and commercial potable water applications, accommodating a full range of liquids and gases. The valve features a chrome-plated lead-free brass ball, solder end connections, and an adjustable packing gland. Its construction includes virgin PTFE seats and seals, a steel handle, and a bottom-loaded blowout-proof stem with an O-ring made of fluorocarbon elastomer to effectively prevent leaks. The durable lead-free copper silicon alloy body ensures long-lasting, dependable performance in commercial and industrial potable water systems. This ball valve is rated for 600 psi (41 bar) WOG non-shock and 150 psi (10.3 bar) WSP, withstanding temperatures ranging from 0 to 400°F (-18 to 204°C), thus ensuring robust performance across various temperature conditions. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for potable water and lead-free applications, the valve is also CSA approved for gas applications, UL listed for gas and trim & drain applications, and FM listed for fire protection applications.
