It picks up, transfers and launches your pizzas with extreme accuracy and precision, without sticking that can happen with standard peels. The long slide handle design keeps you back away from the heat and gives you a great view of your controlled pizza launch! Brushed Aluminum blade with solid cherry handle. Over 15 years of testing have proven the included fabric belt to be durable for use in wood and gas ovens, when used in accordance with instructions.
