| Directions | Download the Whistle Pet Tracker app to get started! When you open the Whistle app for the first time, you'll be prompted with a log in screen, or the option to create an account. Tap "Get Started" to create your account and activate your first tracker. You'll be prompted to select the model of Whistle tracker you'd like to set up. You'll want to make sure your Switch smart collar is fully assembled, and that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone before beginning. Tap "Pair my device" and wait for the Bluetooth scan to locate your Switch. Setup will then take you creating your first pet profile. After your pet profile, you'll connect to WiFi. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password on the next screen. Your Whistle will then connect to your selected Wi-Fi network. Then, you will select a subscription and enter your credit card information. You're all set! Please make sure you wait until you receive the notification that the tracker is fully activated before attaching it to your pet's collar (this can take up to 2 hours). |
