The Winco TGFP-12 is a commercial-grade 12" stainless-steel fry pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. The tri-ply bottom features a layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of steel designed to ensure quick and even heating. This skillet is compatible with all heat sources including gas, electric and induction. Made from heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel, this fry pan is designed to withstand daily use in restaurants, catering and other commercial foodservice environments. This 12" skillet features a natural finish that provides even heat distribution for searing, browning, sauteing and frying a wide range of foods. The triangular shaped handle with and ergonomic underside notch for index fingers provides the chef with more rotational control for precise flipping and pouring. The hollow handle helps limit heat migration keeping the handle cooler for longer periods. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability in high-volume commercial kitchens. A hanging hole in the handle allows this skillet to be hung for convenient storage. NSF listed. Lid sold separately.
