Data can be wirelessly sent to classroom devices for student examination, enabling group studies in a single class session. Its built-in GPS allows students to gather and analyze location data for GIS projects, displayed on the SPARKvue Map, powered by ESRI ArcGIS. The unit is robustly designed to withstand humid conditions and minor splashes, but it's not intended for long-term outdoor use. For extended use, place it under a roof structure to protect it from rain. Remote logging without GPS can yield several days of data when measurements are taken every 2 to 5 minutes.
