This deluxe carrier is equipped with hook and loop tank band straps with 2" (5.1cm) D-rings and a rubber molded, side carry handle. If you need the use of your hands when transporting your cylinder, the deluxe carrier also comes with a removable and adjustable padded shoulder strap.
