The Yaesu SSM-17A is compact speaker microphone that replaces the MH-34B4B. This original Yaesu product now has improved sound and performance for many of the Yaesu Handheld Transceivers such as FT-60R, FT-70DR, FT-3DR, FT-2DR, FT-1XDR, VX-8DR, VX-3DR and others. The connector is a single-pin, non-threaded, "L"-shaped 4 conductor plug, the same plug for other accessories such as SSM-57A, SSM-63A, and CT-44.
