- General Industrial Application: Dilute 1 part product with 8 to 100 parts hot or cold water and spray or mop onto surface. Allow contact time of 3 to 5 minutes and scrub. Rinse with water
- Smoke and Fire Damage: Dilute 1 part product with 8 parts hot water. Apply to soot or carbon soils with brush or low-pressure spray. Rinse with water to prevent redeposition of soils
